Pangolin – Acrylic on Canvas

I am creating a series of paintings of endangered species, to raise awareness of the 6th mass extinction event.

The paintings have a surreal edge, as if the animals have been painted from a dream or a memory.

Here is the second in the series, a pangolin. All eight species of pangolin are on the Red List of Threatened Species.
